Catholic Memorial Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitative Care

Catholic Memorial Home is a full-service rehabilitation and adult care center. Founded by Raymond Considine, Catholic Memorial has been operational for more than 65 years. Located in Fall River, Mass., the center is a part of Diocesan Health Facilities. It is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and American Academy of Pain Management. Catholic Memorial Home offers a wide variety of services, such as long- and short-term and extended care, physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapies, and rebuilding skills training. It provides home safety evaluation and discharge planning, and treatments for Alzheimer s disease and related memory impairing illnesses.
