Gainesville Health Care Center

Gainesville Health Care Center is part of the nonprofit Gainesville Council on Aging, a provider of skilled nursing and long-term care services. It is a more than 150-bed health care center that has been serving the Alachua County community in Florida since 1982. Its rehabilitation department offers therapies, including physical, occupational and speech. It offers services, such as 24-hour skilled nursing, wound care, hospice and respite care, dental and optometry services, infusion therapy, respiratory monitoring, and pain and case management. It also offers facility of recreation and socializing, transportation, on-site beauty and barbershop and access to religious services.
