Located in Brockton, Mass., Hearthstone at Heights Crossing is an assisted living residential facility that offers behavior management, incontinence reminder and 24-hour support services for people with sleeping disorders. The facility also provides assistance with daily living activities and verbal and nonverbal communication programs that feature orchestrated-rhythms and art, speech and touch therapies. It features a theatre, fireplace, therapeutic garden, and dining and community living rooms. Hearthstone at Heights Crossing employs physicians, hospice program managers, dentists, hearing specialists, optometrists, and hospital and rehabilitation professionals. It is operated by Hearthstone Alzheimer Care, which operates more than five residential facilities for people who suffer from Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and offers personal care and support services.
