Royal Health Group CEO Receives Patriotic Employer AwardJim Mamary, owner and CEO of the Royal Health Group recently received the Patriotic Employer Award for outstanding support of National Guard and Reserve service. Mamary was recognized for support of Navy Reservist HM-1 Dean Allen, plant operations manager at Royal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and SPC Richard Czubinski of the Army National Guard, a nurse at the Royal Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Braintree, MA. The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve ( ESGR ) that recognized Mamary is a Department of Defense agency that was established in 1972. The Massachusetts Committee of ESGR has more than 40 volunteers dedicated to helping every "Citizen Soldier.""I am very humbled to receive this award and I am extremely proud of the service Dean and Richard provide our country, " said Mamary. "They are the ones who should receive the awards, " Mamary added. He believes it the duty of all business leaders in America to support employees in the Guard and Reserve.The family-owned Royal Health Group operates six nursing homes and one assisted living facility south of Boston.
